Corona Chocolate 500 g

Corona chocolate is the Colombian table chocolate, the one dissolved in hot water or milk to prepare "chocolate santafereño."

It comes in tablets that are thrown directly into the pot and whisked until frothy. It is not eating chocolate; it is for drinking.

How to prepare:

• One tablet per cup of water or milk

• Bring to a gentle boil and whisk with a wooden molinillo until frothy

• Serve very hot

In Colombia, it is enjoyed with cheese inside the cup, with almojábana, or with bread. The combination of hot chocolate and melted cheese is a breakfast tradition.
