Coéxito annatto oil is a staple of Latin American cuisine. Made in Ecuador from vegetable oil infused with annatto seeds, it provides the intense orange color and mild, earthy flavor characteristic of arroz con pollo, tamales, stews, soups, and meat marinades. Just one tablespoon at the beginning of cooking is enough for the ingredients to absorb color and flavor. No artificial colors.

How to use: heat one or two tablespoons over medium heat before sautéing rice or meat.
