Corona Chocolate 500 g

Chocolate Corona is the traditional table chocolate in Colombia. It's not a bar for eating; these are tablets designed to be dissolved in hot milk or water to prepare the thick, aromatic hot chocolate, with a hint of cinnamon, that accompanies Colombian breakfast.

The traditional way to enjoy it is "chocolate santafereño": hot chocolate served with fresh cheese that is allowed to melt in the cup, and "almojábana" or bread. One tablet per cup is the usual proportion.

Chocolate Corona is de klassieke Colombiaanse tafelchocolade. Geen reep om zo te eten, maar tabletjes die je oplost in warme melk of water voor een dikke, aromatische warme chocolademelk met een vleugje kaneel. Eén tabletje per kop.

In Colombia wordt het traditioneel gedronken als chocolate santafereño: met een stukje verse kaas dat in de kop smelt, en brood erbij.
