The hallaca is the most important Christmas dish in Venezuela. Our version follows the classic Caracas recipe: P.A.N. dough with annatto, filled with a meat stew, olives, capers, and raisins, wrapped in banana leaf and tied by hand.

How to prepare it
- Keep frozen until ready to use.
- Boil in salted water, without unwrapping, for 20-25 min.
