ARKI Foods Venezuelan Cachitos

The cachito is the quintessential Venezuelan breakfast. Soft, slightly sweet dough, hand-rolled and baked until golden on the outside and tender on the inside. In Venezuela, it's eaten on the way to work with a black coffee on the side, and there isn't a bakery that doesn't have them coming out of the oven first thing in the morning.

We make them in our workshop in Amsterdam, freeze them immediately, and they arrive ready for you to bake. In twenty minutes, you have the same bread at home that is eaten in Caracas.

Choose your filling: ham and bacon, ham, bacon and cheese, ham, bacon and cream cheese, Hawaiian, Spanish chorizo and mozzarella, sun-dried tomato and goat cheese, ricotta and spinach, or white cheese and guava.

Pair it with our Café Fama de América and an ice-cold Frescolita, or with our Natilla Criolla for spreading.
