Luker Sugar-Free Drinking Chocolate 112 g

Luker has been working with Colombian cocoa for over a century, and this is their bitter table chocolate: just cocoa, with no added sugar. It's for those who prefer to sweeten it to their liking, or not sweeten it at all.

It's prepared just like any table chocolate: one tablet per cup of hot milk or water, stir until dissolved. Since there's no sugar, the cocoa flavor is much more present. It also works well in baking, for cakes and sauces where you don't want extra sweetness.

Compared to traditional table chocolate, this is a smaller format and a specialized product, and that is reflected in the price per gram.

Luker werkt al meer dan honderd jaar met Colombiaanse cacao. Dit is hun bittere tafelchocolade, zonder toegevoegde suiker: je zoet zelf naar smaak, of helemaal niet.

Bereiding als gewone tafelchocolade: één tablet per kop warme melk of water, roeren tot het opgelost is. Zonder suiker komt de cacaosmaak veel duidelijker naar voren. Ook geschikt voor bakken.
