2. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through CoCo Mercado Latino's online store. By placing an order, you accept these terms.
3. Prices and Payments
All prices indicated on the website include the applicable Value Added Tax (BTW) in the Netherlands.
Payments are securely processed through the payment methods available on the platform at checkout.
4. Right of Withdrawal and Fresh Food
In accordance with EU legislation and the Dutch Civil Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable, fresh, or short-shelf-life food products, as they deteriorate quickly.
For non-perishable products or utensils, the customer has 14 days to return the product, provided it is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
5. Claims and Incidents
If a product arrives in poor condition or there is an issue with the delivery, the customer must notify our customer service within a maximum of 24 hours after receipt, attaching photographs of the product's condition to arrange the appropriate solution.
